4-star fully-equipped 2BR/1.5 bath luxury chalet This newly renovated chalet features an open concept floor plan with 1500 square feet of living space on two levels, with abundant windows to take in the spectacular views of the natural riverside surroundings. To your right as you enter the front door is a TV lounging area where you can sit back on our comfortable leather love seat and watch your favourite streaming service on TV or use the internet via wifi which is provided throughout the chalet. To the left is a wood-burning stove to keep warm during cool mornings and a popup sofabed with bedding underneath. Rates for 2024 range from $1100 to $2100 per week (Sunday to Sunday), depending on the season. Trout River Retreat is available from June to October for a minimum stay of 7 nights. We rent weekly from Sunday to Sunday. We are located at 1939 Trout River Road in Millvale, opposite Bleeker Street / Parson's Road on Route 239, nestled among the trees along a wonderfully scenic river and nearby some of the oldest "heritage" roads on the island! Canoe, hike, bike, or relax on our hammock and cook S'Mores on the campfire -- a great place to relax and decompress! View downriver from Gunn's Bridge
